YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support of all worldwide SAP HCM processes within the RONAL GROUP
• Continuous improvement of SAP HCM processes in close cooperation with the process owners
• Recording and analyzing new requirements and processes in cooperation with the respective stakeholders
• Coordination and implementation of functional and integration tests
• Processing incoming change requests
• User support and support for the global specialist department when using the SAP HCM application
• Creation of detailed documentation in the area of SAP HCM

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education (University of Applied Sciences or comparable) with a focus on business informatics
• Sound knowledge and experience in SAP HCM
• Experience in customer support (2nd level support)
• Good written and spoken English skills, preferably combined with German
• Strong analytical and conceptual way of working
• Team player with good intercultural skills
• Convincing appearance and good assertiveness
