Our teams take an active part in foreign and national infrastructure projects, specializing in transport planning, highways, geotechnics, water, environment, tunnels, and foundations.

Candidate Specification :

Essential Skills:

4+ years of experience in highway design;
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or holding comparable qualifications in highway and/or linear infrastructure design;
English at intermediate level as a minimum and willingness to take active, regular part in English courses provided by our organization;
Experience with one of the 3D design software packages: Autodesk Civil3D, Navisworks, Infraworks, alternatively Bentley In Roads / Open Roads;

Good command of Microsoft Office package;
Strong interpersonal skills supporting collaborative working with colleagues;
Problem-solving attitude with a high level of responsibility for assigned tasks and projects;
Professional and respectful approach towards others;
Willingness to learn new skills and capabilities offered by the organization.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with BIM and common data environment software for example Bentley Project Wise, Autodesk BIM 360 and/or Microsoft Sharepoint would be a plus;
Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks would be an advantage but not a must;
Experience in managing design teams of different sizes would be a strong selling point;

Design License/Chartership is not a must but it would be considered as an advantage.

Job Profile :

As a Highway Engineer, you will provide highway design solutions as well as oversee the design and implementations of a range of infrastructure projects from initial concept up to detailed design working as part of multi-disciplinary teams. You will be involved in the design of highways in a 3D environment. You will be part of the design team involved in the preparation of highway models to a high level of accuracy within the BIM environment. You’ll provide technical guidance within your team while developing your own skills and capabilities through our development and training programs. In addition, you will also be involved in commercial and contractual aspects while working on technical aspects of multiple projects and supporting Project Managers.
