Technical Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, research, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that simplify complex automation concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, write, and develop interactive online training content.
- Use cutting-edge learning technologies to create highly interactive and engaging learning experiences.
- Foster a learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and continuous improvement.
- Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and dynamically changing environments.
- Put the learner at the center of everything you do, ensuring training content is valuable and easy to understand.
- Utilize feedback channels with learners to continuously improve the training experience and measure impact.
- Complete administrative tasks such as uploading courses and maintaining content in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training, especially in explaining complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in storyboard scripting, working with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360), collaboration platforms (e.g. Miro) and learning management systems (e.g. Thinkific) is ideal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down topics into manageable steps and identify essential knowledge requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and address the needs of diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in programming concepts with a solid technical background.
- Demonstrated passion for learning and exploring new technologies and concepts.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions and visual analogies to enhance learning.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and unpredictable environments.
- Interest in API ecosystems and a good understanding of no-code automation tools.
