We're looking for someone special to join our People & Office team – a creative force who'll transform our beautiful Lucerna Palace office into the ultimate hub of productivity and community. Reporting to Simona, you'll lead a talented team (Johany, Kája, and Kerol) in crafting unforgettable experiences for both Apifiers and our tech community.

Your mission:

Office magic:

• Own the Apify vibe: Transform our Lucerna Palace office into a space where creativity flourishes and innovation happens naturally.
• Growth & evolution: Guide our office expansion as we scale, making sure every square meter reflects our culture and values.
• Experience design: Discover and implement creative solutions that make our workspace uniquely Apify.
• Operations excellence: Orchestrate vendor relationships, manage supplies, and keep our office running like a well-oiled machine.
• Culture champion: Partner with our People Ops team to create an outstanding onboarding experience and maintain our high workplace standards.

Event mastery:

Oversee Event Managers responsible for organizing meetups and internal events, both company-wide and small socials. Participate in developing event strategies, collaborate closely with the engineering and marketing teams, and help build our communities.

• Community building: Lead the organization of tech meetups that put Apify on the map and grow our presence in the community.
• Internal celebrations: Create legendary team events that bring Apifiers together and strengthen our culture.
• Strategic planning: Work with Engineering and Marketing teams to align events with company goals.
• Budget optimization: Maximize the impact of every crown and penny while delivering exceptional experiences.
