Your role:


In your future role as an Account Manager, you will engage in a dynamic, field-based commercial position, selling our innovative Process Solutions products to customers across Denmark and the Nordics. As a leading provider of bioprocess materials, we support everything from process development to large-scale GMP manufacturing. Your industry knowledge and sales expertise will be crucial as you strive to exceed sales targets while working remotely and proactively driving growth in your territory.

You will achieve targets by capturing and maintaining market share through competitive conversions and customer expansions, while fostering strong relationships with your clients. Regular customer engagement will be essential, alongside securing face-to-face meetings to identify new opportunities. Expect approximately 60% travel within your sales territory, with occasional regional and minimal international trips. Crafting a strategic plan to manage your territory effectively will ensure both short- and long-term revenue growth.
Identifying key stakeholders and providing accurate forecasts will guide your business decisions, while leveraging sales tools will enhance your productivity. Collaborating with customer service, technical services, and other business units will allow you to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Who you are:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related Life Science discipline or several years of experience in production.
  • Strong techical knowledge and technical interest.
  • 1-3 years of commercial sales experience is preferred in the biotech, food & beverage, or relevant industry.
  • Proven ability to generate accurate business forecasts, understand pricing, and effectively negotiate to increase wallet share.
  • Skilled in questioning to diagnose situations, anticipate conflicts, and manage resolutions.
  • Self-reliant and able to identify and resolve problems internally and externally.
  • Understands the global impact of local territories and works within a global account network.
  • Have a valid driver's licence and is willing to travel within the territory.
