In Denmark we have been active for a couple of years and now we’re ready to extend our sales organization. We promise to give our customers nothing but the best throughout the whole process. As an Account Manager you are part of the Commercial Sales team and you work closely with your teammates within the region. In this role, you and your teammates are responsible for the team target within your territory/market segment. You provide solicited and unsolicited feedback and contribute to the optimization of our services. In this position you are often an advisor to (potential) customers, a negotiator when it comes to sales, a source of information for customers and colleagues, a leader to ensure optimal service and a sales strategist. You are expected to always be an ambassador and expert of our brand and organization.
The ideal candidate has:
- A background in commercial sales, preferred B2B;
- A general knowledge of Fitness;
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience;
- A place of residence in the south of Sealand region, Denmark;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good command of the Danish and English language;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software;
- Preferably knowledge of/network in the fitness industry and/or the (para)medical market;
- A high degree of independence, but is also a real team player;
- The mentality of a top athlete!

Matrix Fitness BNL & DK is located in Houten (The Netherlands) and is the fastest growing supplier of professional fitness equipment in the Benelux and Denmark. Matrix Fitness is also the exclusive distributor of EGYM equipment in the Benelux and Denmark. Our equipment can be found at fitness centers, gyms, physiotherapists, educational institutions, hotels and top sports accommodations. Many top athletes also train on Matrix equipment. Our company is characterized by a sporty and informal working atmosphere. Matrix Fitness is part of Johnson Health Tech., Founded in 1975. Johnson Health Tech. is a multinational company in the fitness industry and also market leader worldwide with the production and distribution of fitness related products and services. Matrix Fitness Benelux/Denmark consists of 160 employees, where the specific team in Denmark consists of sales colleagues and service engineers. Team Denmark receives full support from the office in Houten in areas such as Marketing, Finance, Service and Sales.
