Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative assistance in HR department with the recruitment processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating databases related to HR and recruitment.
  • Prepare regular reports and analytics for management.
  • Stay up to date with current and new legislation related to HR practices at our company.
  • Prepare and update various program description materials and requirements for internal and external use.
  • Communication and coordination of the project with stakeholders and partners.
  • Confidents user of Microsoft Office, ensuring efficient utilization of relevant tools.
  • Assist with the Marketing tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in working with documents and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with international partners.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French or Romanian language is required additionally.
  • Flexibility and openness to explore diverse tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Basic Marketing skills and knowledge.
  • Be able to work on-site from the office daily.
