emagine is a high-end business and IT consultancy who delivers consulting services, Nearshoring-as-a-Service and a range of Managed Services to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Student Assistant / Administrative Assistant to join our Sourcing Department at our office in Copenhagen. You will play a key role in supporting our Account Managers and Sourcing Specialists with various administrative tasks.

A few examples of responsibilities:

• Assist with handling and setting up TPM requests
• Help update Account Plans
• Check candidate criminal records for clients
• Upload candidates to client systems
• Various other administrative tasks to support the sales and sourcing team

About You:
We imagine that you are currently enrolled in an education program, preferably with more than 1 year left of studying. You have worked in an office before, ideally gaining practical experience in administrative or office roles.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment
• Is responsible and conscientious
• Is capable of working independently while being a team player
• Has proficiency in Danish and English
• Has solid experience using Microsoft Office
