emagine Consulting, Denmark is looking for a Sr. Service Delivery Manager

We are searching for a skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager (SDM)/Senior Client Relations Manager to join our team. While the title may vary, what truly matters is your ability to embrace the responsibilities of the role and bring solid business experience from similar positions.
As part of emagine’s commercial unit focusing on Danish Global Accounts, we are looking for someone passionate about strengthening customer trust and satisfaction. You will work closely with our Global Team, based at our headquarters in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen.

About the Role

We are seeking a professional capable of delivering outstanding client experiences for some of our most important private sector clients. Your key responsibility will be to support the Director of Global Accounts, ensuring our collaboration meets client expectations. Specifically, you will:

• Arrange meetings between our consultants and clients.
• Follow up on completed interviews and take necessary actions to secure agreements.
• Ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes, including system registrations, contracts, invoices, etc.
• Provide support to consultants working within the relevant area.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Contracts, Finance, and Sourcing, when needed.
• Assist the Director with follow-ups, contract renewals, and minimizing bottleneck risks.

As you become familiar with the role, you will be expected to take on more client interactions and act as an extension of the Director in ensuring strong customer relationships such as being a part of strengthen the communication and team work internally.
We hope to find you that excel at taking responsibility, communicating with clients regularly, and acting as a coordinator between internal teams. You ensure that agreements between clients, consultants, and emagine are implemented smoothly and on time.
Further you are:

• Passionate about creating excellent customer experiences and easily establish strong client relationships.
• Organized, with an aptitude for IT and efficiency.
• Results-driven, both in collaboration with others and in your own work.
• Experienced in IT sales/recruitment, or roles such as Service Delivery Management, Sales Coordination, or Customer Engagement, with a solid understanding of customer needs and service flow.
• Fluent in both Danish and English at a professional level.

Global Team consist of: Business Unit Director and 2 Senior Sourcing Specialist.
Process:
The overall process will be as follows: The initial and overall clarification between the candidate and emagine Consulting will be handled by the Group HR Manager. If there is a basis for further process, an initiative will be made for the candidate and representatives from emagine Consulting to engage in a deeper conversation about the role, emagine Consulting, the candidate's presentation, and associated relevant details. It is anticipated to create a prioritized candidate pool, from which tests, test feedback sessions, and initial negotiations will be conducted.
The Group HR Manager is the responsible coordinator and intermediary throughout the entire process.
