The Position

As an Advanced Utility Professional, you will join the Facility/Utility team, where you will play a pivotal role in developing the setup related to Facility and Utility management.

You will lead initiatives within validation, workflow optimization, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Currently, the workplace will be at our project office in Høje Taastrup, as well as our offices in Odense. It is also expected to have some travel to other sites in this role.

More specifically, you will:

Analyse the need for validation and lead the related work, including documentation.
Prepare necessary documents, test materials, and qualification protocols.
Ensure relevant systems remain in a validated state.
Lead and attend test activities for the qualification of Room Conditioning, including warehouses, production areas, and various equipment.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet targets with a high degree of service.

Additionally, you will provide support to project managers to ensure timely deliveries and work with cross-functional teams to implement IT systems, utility systems, procedures, and physical equipment.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine that you have:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related scientific/technical field. Alternatively, a proven track record related to facility/utility.
Proven experience in validating equipment withing pharma or other highly regulated industries.
Experience with Science & Risk Based Validation and good understanding of Utility systems, Building Automation for Pharmaceutical or from similar industries.
Familiarity with Building Management and Facility Management system and with Change management system.
Fluent level of written and spoken English and Danish.

About the Department

You will be joining the Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX) department, which is responsible for designing, planning, and building major fill & finish expansion projects across Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) at Novo Nordisk.
