The Position
As the Apprentice Coordinator for pharmaceutical apprentices and trainees, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring training programs for apprentices and trainees at our factory in Hillerød. You ensure that teaching and training programs are up-to-date and relevant, and work closely with trainers, mentors, and other stakeholders to create an optimal learning environment. Additionally, you follow up on the progress of apprentices and trainees, provide support and guidance, and ensure that all legal requirements and quality standards are met. As Apprentice Coordinator you play a central role in developing future pharmaceutical professionals through structured and targeted education.
Your Responsibilities

Support: Assisting local mentors in skilled worker and operator teams.
Training planning: Assisting apprentices with timely completion of their assigned training.
Internships: Coordinating internships for apprentices.
Facilitation: Facilitating monthly meetings between local mentors. Participating and being a driving force in the local education committee in AMHI.
Coordination: Acting as a one-point contact to the Central Education Committee for questions regarding pharmaceutical apprentices and trainees. Coordinating with educational institutions regarding apprentices' and trainees' school periods.

Qualifications
Communication, coordination, and facilitation are core competencies when, at Novo Nordisk, we ensure that our apprentices and pharmaceutical trainees successfully complete their education. To be successful in the role, we imagine that you have as many as possible of the following qualifications:

Professional interest and preferably relevant experience in competency development.
Experience working in a regulated environment with strict procedural frameworks and standards is an advantage.
Strong in communication and speaks well with all types of employee groups.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience with apprentices or pharmaceutical trainees.

Language requirements:

Danish: Fluent in both written and spoken. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders in Danish is crucial.
English: Fluent in both written and spoken. This is necessary in regards to stakeholders.

As Novo Nordisk operates internationally, it is necessary to be able to understand and convey complex information in English.

About the Team
As an Apprentice Coordinator, you will be part of Onboarding & Training, which consists of 21 skilled professionals, coordinators, and administrators, all working with different areas of responsibility. The team ensures that our employees are trained to perform processes correctly and independently and helps develop training materials in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization. You will become a member of a highly dedicated and engaged team working to develop effective and standardized training to ensure a high level of competence for our employees. As an Apprentice Coordinator, you will work closely with each member of our team and help drive the team and its performance forward.
