Do you have a passion for international trade and ensuring smooth, compliant processes? Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a Customs Compliance Coordinator to help us keep the flow of goods running smoothly across borders.

As our new Customs Compliance Coordinator, you will join our Logistics team in Greve. We are a small but dedicated group of professionals who thrive in a supportive, informal yet highly professional environment.
Reporting directly to the Head of Inbound Logistics, your role will be pivotal in managing customs documentation, tracking shipments, and ensuring that all import/export activities comply with regulations. Your efforts will help keep our operations efficient and legally compliant, enabling us to deliver great products to our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining import/export transaction records, policies, and procedures related to regulatory compliance. Ensuring compliance documentation is organized and up to date.
Prepare customs clearance for import/export in Denmark
Monitor incoming shipments and keep stakeholders informed
Assisting in customs audits by gathering and organizing necessary documentation.

This is you:
You have experience or training in customs clearance and import/export processes, with a solid understanding of tariffing and product regulations. Familiarity with export of food from the EU is a plus. You are proficient in IT, especially the Office package, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic AX and you have a main knowledge of the different customs systems. Knowledge about customs software’s similar to Lector LTS is an advantage but not a requirement.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are known for your structured and meticulous approach to tasks. You thrive on routine work, are curious, service-minded, and enjoy being a supportive team player with a positive and courageous attitude.
