As the customs industry evolves, we are looking for a new colleague to join our Customs Projects Team! In this permanent role, you will play a key part in the continued success of DHL Aviation at the CPH HUB, located at Copenhagen Airport. The position primarily involves regular office hours, with occasional input required on other shifts.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As part of our Customs Projects team, your primary role will be contributing to several exciting and demanding platform and system changes in the Customs landscape. You will collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internally at DHL and with Danish Customs.

YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Your interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude are precious within our organization. On top of that, you enjoy an international environment where fluent communication in both Danish and English is necessary and used daily. Skills such as working independently and focusing on details are a plus when securing our "Right First Time" principle. You have an interest in both routine work as well as learning new tasks and you are comfortable working under pressure, keeping track of several tasks at a time as you go along. We require a minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in Import & Export Production, including very strong IT interests and skills, to be used in clarifying the necessary data requirements applicable to our declarations. Besides that, you are comfortable learning and using the EU Customs Data Model, ensuring that our declarations adhere to the requirements. Our systems demand technical flair, and it is an advantage that you are IT literate and proficient with Microsoft Office. To work at DHL, you will have to present a clean police record and pass an extended background check with satisfactory results.
