Alliance Management Specialist in Clinical Outsourcing

Location:Søborg, Capital Region of Denmark, DK

• Serve as the primary liaison to one of our major clinical partners overseeing performance across various clinical engagements; conduct regular performance reviews of partners and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead cross-functional teams to align on objectives, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between internal teams and partners

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges in outsourced activities

• Negotiate contracts and manage the financial aspects of partner engagements, including budget development and cost tracking

• Manage relationship with major clinical vendors ensuring partner compliance with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
  
  

• Strong experience in clinical outsourcing management, preferably from a Global Clinical Research Organisation or global pharma organisation, combined with knowledge of clinical trial operations and regulations

• Strong alliance management skills and a proven track record within this area

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

• Experience with driving successful partner governance models

• A master's degree within business or natural sciences with a strong analytical and data driven mindset
