Your New Team
Our overall Commercial Asset Management team consists of 20 colleagues located in Brazil, Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, and Poland. Our primary responsibility is to provide commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets for external investors and European Energy´s IPP portfolio.
You will work closely with 9 colleagues responsible for the Nordics, the Baltics, the United Kingdom, and Latin America. Your role will be to handle commercial asset management services for renewable energy assets for external investors, and our portfolio of solar and wind assets in Denmark.

Your New Role
As our new Associate, you will be part of the Commercial Asset Management team, and assist with solar and wind assets in Denmark. You will work closely with the rest of our Danish team, and assist in the further development of our asset management function.
With the team, you will coordinate and handle all commercial aspects concerning the asset management of the projects. You will assist and learn from our Commercial Asset Managers, and be able to provide the team with new ideas as well.
Scope of Work
- Have commercial responsibility for a few solar PV and wind assets in Denmark
- Assist the Commercial Asset Management team with a variety of administrative and ad-hoc tasks, including handling documents and data, as well as inquiries to business partners and small research tasks
- Contribute to a trustful relationship and close collaboration with internal stakeholders e.g., Group Finance, PPA team, and Project team
- Assist with handling income and expense controlling for projects in operation
- Responsible for follow-up on financial budgets, including deviation analysis and liquidity forecasts
- Support in contract negotiations and follow-up on contractual obligations (ratios, guarantees, warranties, etc.)
Prerequisites to Succeed in the Job
- You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economy
- You are newly graduated with relevant work experience from a student position or have a few years of experience in a full-time position
- You have a solid financial understanding
- You are skilled in Excel and Power Point
- You have full professional proficiency in Danish and English
