Strategy Consultant in Group Strategy at a leading renewable player

As a Strategy Consultant, you will join our Group Strategy team and contribute to shaping European Energy’s future. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will analyze strategic opportunities, support project execution, and directly contribute to high-impact projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your strategic skills while working on initiatives that drive tangible results across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams on projects that are critical to European Energy’s growth and sustainability objectives
- Support project timelines and task coordination, contributing to the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
- Conduct analyses to support high-impact projects and provide insights for key decision-making
- Translate complex data into actionable insights, directly shaping European Energy’s approach to new opportunities and challenges
- Help refine and improve internal strategic processes and tools to support European Energy’s ambitious growth goals
- Work closely with executive management and teams across the company, presenting insights and guiding strategic conversations
- Actively engage in team discussions and contribute insights to enhance our strategic direction
- Develop your expertise in renewable energy, analyzing industry dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings to senior stakeholders
In general, you will be a key contributor to projects that drive our company’s growth and make a tangible impact on our future direction.
Please note that this role focuses on delivering strategic insights and supporting high-impact projects without formal team leadership responsibilities
Professional Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with excellent academic results
- 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with experience in a top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous analyses and generate meaningful insights
- Experience in supporting cross-functional projects or leading workstreams independently
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present findings effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, with the ability to create compelling analyses and presentations
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
