As a Strategy Consultant, you will join our Group Strategy team and contribute to shaping European Energy’s future. Working closely with a dynamic team, you will analyze strategic opportunities, support project execution, and directly contribute to high-impact projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your strategic skills while working on initiatives that drive tangible results across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams on projects that are critical to European Energy’s growth and sustainability objectives
• Support project timelines and task coordination, contributing to the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
• Conduct analyses to support high-impact projects and provide insights for key decision-making
• Translate complex data into actionable insights, directly shaping European Energy’s approach to new opportunities and challenges
• Help refine and improve internal strategic processes and tools to support European Energy’s ambitious growth goals
• Work closely with executive management and teams across the company, presenting insights and guiding strategic conversations
• Actively engage in team discussions and contribute insights to enhance our strategic direction
• Develop your expertise in renewable energy, analyzing industry dynamics and competitive landscapes
• Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings to senior stakeholders

In general, you will be a key contributor to projects that drive our company’s growth and make a tangible impact on our future direction.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with excellent academic results
• 1-2 years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with experience in a top-tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct rigorous analyses and generate meaningful insights
• Experience in supporting cross-functional projects or leading workstreams independently
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present findings effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, with the ability to create compelling analyses and presentations
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
