As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Corporate Strategy to join our global Corporate Development team.
Role Overview:
As the new Head of Corporate Strategy, you will be a key driver of our organization's strategic vision and long-term success, working closely with top management. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Development, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, communicate, and execute high-impact strategies that align with our business objectives, and work with our new corporate incubator that supports new ventures in KKWS. This role will start up as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build up a team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the corporate strategic planning process, involving short-term and long-term objectives, market analysis, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align functional strategies with overall corporate goals.
- Conduct thorough market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Drive innovation by proposing new business initiatives, partnerships, and investment opportunities to support growth and diversification.
- Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of strategic decisions.
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive team in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators and industry developments to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
- Foster a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Develop and maintain the M&A/PMI processes and toolbox.

How to Apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful strategic initiatives.
- Strong business and financial acumen, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on driving collaboration and achieving results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
- Experience in Wind or energy market an advantage but not mandatory.
- An overall passion for sustainability is key to this role
- Willingness to travel to our headquarter in Ikast when necessary (up to 25% of the time, mostly domestic travel to our HQ)

This role can be based in any of KK Wind Solutions' offices in Denmark.
