Senior Specialist - Systems Management

About the team and your responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist - Systems Management to provide Hardware System Management (specs, features, functionality, integration, adaptation to target applications). You will provide expertise in reference product design, product integration, product verification, technology development and technical innovation. Your closest colleagues and collaborators in the product design core-team will be a Project Manager, a Mechanical Design expert and a Technical Project Manager.

You will work with product architecture and product conceptualization for our next generation of energy storage systems and electrical switchboards. You will develop the features and functionalities into products which are optimized for use in reliable high power backup systems, and transfer the successful launched existing products to the next level of maturity.

Responsibilities
  • Product architecture, product conceptualization, product design, product verification
  • Modularization, module design, module verification
  • Functionality definition and design - technical feature definition and development
  • Product integration - adapting to target applications.
  • Technology development and new product innovation
  • Promote a culture of working smarter through process optimization and best practices.
  • Foster personal competence development and support the growth of colleagues through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Our requirements
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
  • Knowledge in the Wind industry
  • Electrical design competence
  • System integration and conceptual competences
  • Backup system experience
  • Knowledge on EMC
  • Desire to work with modularization and integration, right down from sub-module level up to cabinet-module and system level.
  • Proficient in system integration with a solid understanding of how different components interact within the larger system.
  • Willingness to take occasional travel to our sites outside Denmark.
