• Managing strategic projects across the business area, ensuring objectives and milestones are met while effectively prioritising, planning, and following-up
• Participating in the management’s continuous refinement of the organisational strategy, ensuring that ambitions are turned into reality
• Identifying key stakeholders across the organisation, proactively engaging and challenging them in dialogue
• Assisting with organising monthly management meetings, unit meetings, and off-sites, ensuring the agenda items are aligned with the strategic agenda of the unit
• Acting as a sparring partner, offering recommendations and insights to all parties involved

• Hold a master’s degree in business administration, management, economics, project management, or a related discipline
• Show eagerness in utilizing project tools and efficiently tracking progress, while effectively prioritizing activities across multiple projects simultaneously
• Possess the ability to ensure effective communication across all levels, along with curiosity and confidence to dive into new challenges
• Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English
