Then keep reading! This is the daily life you can expect if you land the job as Associate Consultant in our Social Media team.

What you'll do

As an Associate Consultant in Social Media, you will work with clients of all sizes, from small startups to large companies in both Denmark and internationally. You will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies independently, with the support of an experienced team.
You will work with advertising on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and Snapchat. Your task will involve the strategic development of clients, managing processes, and delivering results. From the start, you’ll notice that a big part of the job involves meeting potential and existing clients to identify growth potential and stay updated on campaign goals.

Experience you'll bring

This might seem a bit unconventional, but we’d rather start by telling you what we don’t expect from you. We don’t expect you to have several years of experience with social media advertising. Instead, we have a different type of expectation: we expect passion.
The best scenario is when we hire someone who is passionate about working in digital marketing, so we expect that:

You have a natural interest in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on social media.
You are eager to work hard to become one of the best in your field.
You are a quick learner and only see one way forward – ahead.
It can be beneficial if you’ve had some initial familiarity to Social Ads

What will you be a part of

From day one, you will be part of a team of ultra-passionate digital marketers.
Your primary colleagues will be in the social media team, but you will also have colleagues across other departments who love sharing their knowledge.
The team you’ll join handles all aspects of social media, and they are incredibly sharp at what they do, so you’ll need to stay on your toes. Fortunately, they are also great at teaching and ensuring that you become a social part of the team too.

One thing is the professional environment, which is top-notch here; another thing is the social side. At Obsidian, we have a culture rich in social activities. We have a running club, an annual getaway, Friday bar, and a dedicated social unit. There’s always room for a social event or a cozy evening at the office with a drink or two.
