• Develop a strategic plan for your accounts across segments
• Spearhead the strategic direction of sales and retention for the account portfolio in meetings
• Provide thought leadership and support sales teams
• Assist with the development of product strategy and messaging at a segment and opportunity level
• Play an ongoing role in senior-level prospect and customer discussions
• Help coordinate resources from pre-sales to post-implementation to ensure customer success

• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a top Strategy/ Management Consulting firm in the Life Sciences – ideal level: Associate Partner/ Principal – next level roles post project management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development with a proven track record
• Autonomous
• Strong international exposure (lived and worked abroad)
• Native-level fluency in English + command of German, OR French, OR Danish, OR Dutch

• Plus: 3+ years of experience working at CROs
• Plus: Full understanding of clinical operations processes
• Experience in selling or implementing Saa S software
• Previous experience in using Veeva products
• Evidence of industry presentations and/or publications
• Strong project management capabilities
