Business Partner – Corporate Product Quality

With 180 employees Corporate Product Quality is responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Lundbeck’s commercial product portfolio, spanning both small molecules and biologics from internal production and contract manufacturers, to ensure that our products are always available to patients worldwide.

Your new role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Product Quality you will be involved in strategy development and deployment, project management as well as daily operations. You will be responsible for financial planning and performance management, including follow-up and reporting to the leadership team and other stakeholders. Leading and participating in projects is also an important part of the job. You will be interacting with different stakeholders across the organization, gain a deep insight into Lundbeck’s value chain as well as a broad understanding of the business processes in Lundbeck.

The position is based in Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

We are looking for a committed team player who can navigate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with others as well as individually to meet shared objectives - and get things done.

• You have an academic degree (e.g. Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration).

• You are assertive and respectful with an ability to constructively challenge your stakeholders and participate in developing innovative solutions to drive the business forward

• You structure and analyze complex issues independently, ideally supported by great BI and Excel skills

• You are a great communicator, and have strong skills within building and executing presentations

• You demonstrate good planning skills and manages conflicting demands to meet deadlines

• You are fluent in written and oral English with Danish being a bonus
