The position
As a Campus Planner, you will have a central role in coordinating, planning, and prioritizing the strategic development of our geographical production sites in Denmark. Furthermore, your role is to ensure an overview of ongoing construction activities on the campus and identify potential collisions or issues between the ongoing activities to ensure well-functioning campuses.

Your main tasks will be:
  • Lead and drive proactive and strategic long-term campus planning for a specific campus. This includes driving the development of the campus masterplan with a strategic long-term outlook and ensuring that all relevant infrastructure elements and supporting facilities are sufficiently dimensioned and space are allocated to accommodate general growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead and drive proactive and agile short/mid-term coordination and planning of expansion activities at the campus. This means facilitating coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders and ensuring a transparent overview of relevant projects’ impact on the physical setting on the campus.
  • Identify and analyse projects’ impact on the supporting facilities on the campus to ensure mitigation actions in time.
  • In collaboration with governance colleagues, proactively drive reporting of status of campus masterplan and impact of line of business projects to relevant senior management level and present quarterly updates on EVP-level and to other key stakeholders.

Qualifications
We are looking for a structured and proactive Campus Planner to drive our development at one of our campuses in Denmark. The job requires that you can act independently and drive relevant decision-making processes and summarize recommendations and conclusions to right decision-makers at especially senior management levels. You must thrive in a role where you act as the coordinating party between many project managers to ensure holistic planning and development of our campuses with a strategic outlook. It is essential that you demonstrate a strong ability to think long-term and envision the best strategic planning solutions for the overall development and growth of the company's campuses.

We are looking for the following qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with complex strategic urban development, large scale site planning or cross disciplinary coordination between projects in a complex stakeholder landscape, is a requirement
  • Experience in working in a Danish context and with Danish planning legislation
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both orally and written
  • You have strong analytical skills to assess the impact of various decisions and projects to identify the most beneficial strategic ways going forward
  • Preferably you have hands on experience in managing or coordinating large scale construction projects

As a person, you are energetic and trustworthy, have a flair for stakeholder management and engaging people at all levels, even in stressed situations and when stakeholders may not prioritize decisions that align with the company's best interests. Furthermore, you are result oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex, and you can take initiative and keep an overview in pressured situations.
