The sales team is a part of the commercial function at SOUNDBOKS and they are responsible for overseeing and developing the activity and nurturing the relationships with sales, distribution and retail partners. No two days are the same, and while managing the many partners within the EU region, there is a common passion for sustainably growing the business by expanding the current, existing partnerships and building new ones, when the time is right.



As our new Channel Sales Manager, you’ll hold the responsibility for the listing of our products and commercial performance through our existing sales channels in Europe. Our partnership evaluation is based on a variety of factors; some partners push for higher volume while others strengthen the position of our brand within select subcultures. We keep in mind the wish to maintain a healthy balance between growing revenue and protecting the brand.



Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily focus to look like:

Act as main point of contact for your channel partners
  • Nurturing and expanding existing channel partner relationships and driving business growth while ensuring the day to day cohesion to the overall go-to-market and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with our customers and champion sales & demand management, incl. forecast accuracy, while consistently educating them on the SOUNDBOKS values.
  • Keeping a regular, proactive communication with partners.
  • Collecting feedback from the partners on new market and product dynamics to support shaping our go-to-market approach.
  • Choosing only the premium approach in all communication aspects.
Drive engagement


  • Maintaining a data-based, in depth knowledge of the progress and roadmap of each partnership.
  • Keeping the SOUNDBOKS strategy as the backbone of your work efforts and daily planning.
  • Proactively working on fulfilling the team sales budget.
Area ownership

  • Being fully accountable for the dedicated accounts.
  • Taking full ownership of the partner-related aspects within markets and channels, while ensuring alignment with the Brand and Channel Marketing teams, who nurture their areas of the market.
  • Preparing regular updates on your pipeline and sales forecasts.
Coordination with Supply Chain
  • Overseeing and ensuring sales order intake in coordination with the Supply Chain team.

  • You’re skilled in leveraging sales data and statistics to make informed, data-backed decisions.
  • You excel at forecasting and developing tailored budget plans for specific accounts.
  • Trust is central to your role—whether within the team, the organisation, or with the partners you work with outside of SOUNDBOKS.
  • Communication is your strength, whether cross-functional, internal, or external—it’s what energises you at the end of the day.
  • You likely have experience with omni-channel businesses and know how teams need to collaborate for consistency and shared goals.
  • Ideally, you’ve gained experience with another lifestyle brand where maintaining brand integrity is a priority.
  • Familiarity with the German market and German language skills will be considered a plus, but won’t be a dealbreaker.
