The Opportunity:
As a Commercial Coordinator, Nordic, you support the Nordic Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams with critical administrative tasks and organize events for healthcare professionals (HCPs), collaborating with relevant colleagues from the Business Units and your team.
You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.

Key Activities for this role:

• Keep yourself updated on the different Nordic pharma industry codes, primarily Denmark, though other countries might be added. • Oversee the management of (HCP) Healthcare Professional/(HCO) Healthcare Organisation, contracts, including both company and customer agreements. • Handle purchase order creation and customer payments. • Work closely with other departments as needed, including Medical, Legal, Ethics and Compliance, Procurement, and Finance.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong practical knowledge in a Nordic setting, particularly in administrative tasks. • Proven track record of working with CRM systems, preferably Veeva Vault. • Ability to interpret and translate guidelines and legislation into operational procedures. • Experience as a Sales Coordinator/Sales Support or in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company. • Fluent in Danish, with proficiency in another Nordic language preferred. • Knowledge of financial processes, including customer payments and purchase orders.

Education/Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Additional Information:

• This is a permanent, full-time position. • Position is located in Denmark, Copenhagen. • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 3 days per week in the Danish office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
