About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Coordinator and lead the way in implementing world-class safety standards (WCS) based on the ISO standards. We are looking for a dedicated professional to ensure the highest levels of safety and compliance on our construction sites, working closely with a supportive and experienced HSE team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. As a team, we are working on improving the health and safety environments at our site and eliminate all unsafe work.

Your role will be key in being responsible for updating standards, process and deployment of WCS to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes governing environmental, health and safety as well as industry standards. As such, you’ll be responsible for addressing issues whenever onsite work is scheduled.

How you might spend your days
As a Compliance Coordinator, you’ll:

Review workforce documentation to ensure compliance prior to the workers mobilizing to site.
Identifying potential errors by stakeholders and ensure on site Compliance Coordinator is notified to enforce correction before site badge access is issued.
Conduct regular training sessions for Contractors to use the access control system correctly and in a timely manner.
Support NNE and NN team regarding report requests.
Ensure compliance master project documents are kept updated.
Update internal compliance documents and forms and share with relevant contractors.
Support HSE team recording and maintaining weekly hours data.
Support the onsite compliance team with updating data for regular management reports.
Suggest relevant improvements to Guidelines, Manuals and Best Practices.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

You hold a relevant degree within Construction/Safety/Quality Management, Quality Assurance or the like.
Internal- & external stakeholder management skills.
Relevant site HSE & Compliance experience as e.g. HSE in construction.
IT software relevant user experience (e.g. Dalux, Microsoft, Share Point, Permit Vision).
Mandatory “Danish Arbejdsmiljø uddannelse” / AMK-P/B 5days course is appreciated.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards appreciated.
You speak and write English. Danish speaking and writing are considered an advantage.
