  • Plan and drive development and change management activities together with the team
  • Facilitate client workshops and meetings, be a trusted advisor to our clients
  • Develop our business together with the team, for example, by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and practices
As your proficiency deepens, you'll have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities both in client engagements, such as leading projects or project streams, and in our internal business development activities. Based on your experience and interests, the specific role and responsibilities will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process.
We are looking for:
  • Around 3-6 years of experience within Financial Services and Anti-Financial Crime – your background can be for example form consulting, banking and insurance field, legal counseling or public sector

    • Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions, AML, CTF, KYC, Fraud, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Tax Evasion
    • Risk Management (e.g., risk assessments)
    • AFC-related data analysis
    • Regulatory compliance
  • Experience in developing processes and solutions
  • Academic degree in a relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business, technology, or law
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken)
As an advantage, we see:
  • Experience in AFC technologies and solutions
  • Relevant training experience or certificate in AFC
  • Interest to work also in other consulting areas besides AFC, such as risk management, compliance, data & analytics

  • Opportunity to join our Nordic Financial Services consulting practice and a team of highly motivated FS and AFC experts focusing on driving change to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
