As our new Culture & Communication Partner, you will put your clear communication skills into play and ensure that all communication aligns with our business strategy. By communicating according to the "why, what, and how” you will support our strong focus on Employer Branding internally towards our 550 employees in CPH Hub and externally towards the local community in and near CPH Airport. YOUR ROLE
As our Culture and Communication Partner, you will utilize your strategic and digital mindset to create communication strategies, focus on Employer Branding, and bring our digital platforms up to date.
Besides being the Culture and Commination partner for all your colleagues at CPH HUB, you will work closely with different stakeholders within the organization. Some of your stakeholders will be with the HR department, Supervisors on different shifts, our Public Affairs Manager, Shop Steward, VP, HR Director, and the whole Senior Management team (SMT). You will also work with the Internal Communication Specialist and marketing team in the country organization.
Internal Communication:
You will communicate management and HR-related information in an easy and seamless manner daily. Throughout our journey, your focus will be to continuously strengthen our Employer Brand. By engaging and involving our employees across the organization through our different social platforms, you will ensure alignment with our "Motivated People" strategy. Using your sharp pen, you will create value for both employees and leaders by effectively communicating organizational and leadership strategies. Showcasing your creative mindset, you will establish connections between communication, events, and global campaigns, while structuring our yearly activities. Reporting to the VP of CPH Hub, Morten Lihme, you will play a significant role in ensuring that our Internal Communication is relevant, clear, and engaging.
External communication:
You will build a strong network with the local community and stakeholders surrounding CPH Airport, fostering strong relations and creating awareness about DHL's many airport activities. Your efforts will contribute and help position us as an attractive employer and brand. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining our presence on social media platforms, managing, and ensuring effective communication and engagement with our audience.

YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- You possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and have a genuine interest and passion for interacting with people.
- Your strong trust-building skills allow you to effectively tell our employees' stories in a lively and engaging manner, supporting our Employer Brand and our position as a Great Place to Work.
- You display great team spirit, flexibility, and an understanding of an operation that never sleeps (we operate 24/7) are essential as you may need to communicate in urgent and important situations.
- You work independently and thrive in an international environment where fluent communication in both Danish and English is an integral part of everyday life, from executing global campaigns to writing our quarterly newsletters.
