Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. We work hybrid way.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- You will together with your team be responsible for the Customer Service in the Swedish market. Act as a back-up for the Danish market during sick leave, holidays etc.
- Order management in Navision through EDI, CRM, web shop and mail
- Credit and claims handling
- Email/phone support
- Drive Additional Sales and create added value for customers.
- Web shop support to customers
- Work closely with our logistic partner to ensure that handling and distribution is performed according to the customer requirements.
What are we looking for?
- High school or similar
- Min. 2-3 years of work experience in Customer Service-related functions.
- Fluent in Swedish spoken and written.
- Danish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, structured, proactive, team oriented and a great drive for results.
- Strong in handling conflict situations with care and understanding.
- Preferably in the FMCG Industry
