Dan Center is looking for a customer service representative for holiday homes and apartments in your local area.
Please note that English is a must for this role.
As a customer service representative, you will be an important part of our team
The job With your high standards as a customer service representative, you will help give our guests a good start to an unforgettable holiday.
Your background and experience do not matter as much as your mind, and what we have in common is our robust personalities with a good sense of humor and a calm temperament. However, it is a clear advantage if you already have experience with:
- Handle queries in the pre-order phase and resolve customer escalations.
- Customer service, telephone
- Handling customer inquiries

Dan Center and Danland are headquartered in Copenhagen, but are locally represented in many Danish resorts. Dan Center has three brands; Dan Center & Danland and Admiral Strand. Dan Center & Admiral Strand is a rental of holiday homes mainly in Denmark, but also in Norway, Sweden and Germany. Danland is a rental of holiday apartments in holiday resorts around Denmark.
Dan Center is one of the largest providers of holiday homes in Denmark and has agreements with many thousands of holiday home owners – a total of approx. 10,000. It requires a significant and strong team. A team with competence, good collaboration skills and an understanding of professional management of rental of holiday homes.
Dan Center is owned by OYO – OYO Vacation Homes.
In total, we employ an average of approx. 250 employees in Denmark – of which approx. 160 are salaried employees. In high season, we are +500 colleagues to take care of our guests. You can read more on our website: dancenter.dk
