The role sits in the Digital and E-commerce team as part of Arla Pro, our global foodservice division, which is a truly international team based in Arla’s Innovation center in Aarhus, Denmark.

How you will make an impact

As our Digital Business Development manager, you will lead the way in driving our paid media strategy and spearheading the digital development of our website, Arlapro.com, across several markets to support our ambitious digital growth journey.

More specifically:

• Identify, plan and execute high-level projects across seven different markets to optimize our paid media platform activities and performance.
• In collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external agencies ensure alignment and involvement across projects and overall business objectives.
• You will have the overall responsibility for the budget for both paid media and the development of Arla Pro.com ensuring that we prioritize the right projects and improve our ROI in both areas.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for both business areas.
• Analyze campaign and website performance to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay updated on new digital trends and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and digital growth.

This position is a 12 month's maternity cover.


What will make you successful

We imagine that you have:

• A master’s degree level or other relevant education
• Good project management skills
• Experience with at least one of these areas: paid media, digital development, e-commerce
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights and optimizations
• Experience in Foodservice will be an advantage
• Advanced English skills both verbal and written

As you will be working with a complex stakeholder environment, spanning different cultures, you need good collaboration and facilitation skills while thriving to engage with people from various backgrounds. To succeed in this role, you have the drive to lead the change, and you naturally take others with you in that direction. You will land in a diverse team with ambition, where we take ownership and have fun.
The Arla Pro team is characterized by employees in many different locations, hence a mix of working from the office and working from elsewhere is quite common. For the ideal candidate we are open to discuss remote working possibilities.
