We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Communication Specialist on behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Denmark!
As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing digital communication strategies that enhance both internal and external engagement. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the organization, you will manage content creation, social media engagement, and community-building initiatives. You will ensure that all communications adhere to the regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry, while utilizing data analytics to continuously optimize engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute digital communication strategies across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Create and manage content for the company’s website, ensuring it complies with SEO best practices and regulatory standards.
• Lead the company’s social media strategy, producing engaging content and managing online community interactions on platforms.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns aimed at different target groups, including healthcare professionals and patients.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, product management, and medical affairs, to ensure digital strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, social media management, or content creation, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries.
• Proven skills in managing social media platforms, content management systems, and video content creation, along with data analytics and KPI tracking.
• Strong digital storytelling abilities, with a focus on creating engaging content and thought-leadership strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
