About KF Digital
Korn Ferry Digital is the Software as a Service (Saa S) division of Korn Ferry. We deliver world-class, integrated platforms & Services, that give our clients and consultants direct access to our proprietary data, insights, and analytics. The digital solutions within the platform help drive organizational performance through people, by providing clients with one enterprise-wide talent framework and language and using this to solve a multitude of client challenges, from defining talent strategy and organizational compensation programs, through to making the right hiring decision or motivating and rewarding each employee.

The Role
This Senior consultant role is focused on the delivery of Korn Ferry’s digital products and services across our portfolio to a group of clients across the North America region (US/Canada) (existing or new) that assist HR and line managers to effectively support recurring HR processes in their organization. Senior Consultants build rapport with both internal and external clients, working as trusted advisers and building profitable growth by enabling clients to use the full range of our talent product portfolio.
Senior consultants work on project teams with other practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver custom solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Individuals at this level exercise judgment in understanding client issues and customizing solutions to fit. They have developed a level of presence and maturity that means they can take the lead on defined aspects of a project or business development activity.
Senior Consultants are expected to be autonomous in developing and proposing a solution or project plan internally and then implementing it once it has been signed off. Business development is not a major accountability but there is an expectation that role holders will identify business opportunities
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement the Korn Ferry’s digital solutions in client environments. This includes supporting clients with configuration of our Saa S platform to meet their business needs.
- Develop proficiency in Korn Ferry’s Intellectual Property as it relates to Digital products and services
- Support large strategic accounts helping them to succeed in deploying their global assessment strategy. Presenting a no dead ends mentality and focusing on all aspects of assessment delivery for Korn Ferry’s most important clients. Manage a portfolio of medium to large scale projects with typical values $250,000 - $500,000.
- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
- Deliver assessment projects and digital delivery services, to meet utilization rates.
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate accountability.
- Develop and deliver projects or a workstream either creating or working within a change management initiative.
- Manage relationships with internal colleagues and act as a business partner to them, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and project plans.
- Develop and/or deliver workstreams of activity to ensure a seamless participant experience for assessment completion and meet the needs of advisory colleagues for data extracts for analytics.
- Set clear objectives for each client call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization; and ask relevant questions to gather information, to evaluate the customer's level of interest, and to identify and respond to areas requiring further information or explanation
- Act as subject matter expert in the deployment of assessments, and digital delivery services.
- Develop a strong internal brand with a network of Korn Ferry colleagues to seek guidance, leverage resources, identify additional sources of project work, etc. Begin to broaden network across the KF enterprise
- Work with and coordinate activities with colleagues across teams. Manage peers and more junior resources on projects. Provide guidance and coaching to more junior colleagues.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, ideally from a human resources, organizational psychology or economics/management background
- Highly experienced in the use of online assessment tools and how they are deployed at scale across organizations.
- Well-developed presentation and facilitation skills, able to deliver training and assessment events with authority and credibility
- Experience of working with competency frameworks in a client environment would be an advantage
- Exemplary psychometric knowledge and skills
