The world rapidly needs to electrify to replace fossil fuels on a massive scale. The hard-to-abate sectors like shipping, aviation and heavy land transport cannot be electrified with battery power and require a different type of electrification: Electrofuel made from renewable electricity and biogenic CO2.
Our business model is designed for scale, and we have a solid pipeline of projects in development in the Nordic countries with the goal of reaching Financial Investment Decision (FID) for 10 projects by 2027. We have a strong group of investors, including Alfa Laval, Carbon Clean, Elyse Energy, Hy Cap, Siemens Energy, Topsoe and Uniper.
Liquid Wind is a fast-growing company, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden and with a presence in Denmark, Finland and the UK. We have approx. 70 employees and are looking for a person that enjoys developing and growing together with the company.
The location for this position is in Denmark or Sweden. There will be some travel within the role.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Twin Lead who will be working closely with our Plant Saa S COMOS Platform partner. In this role you will spearhead the dynamic and rapidly evolving digital transformation. Liquid Wind's Digital Twin technology integrates everything from front-end engineering to operational optimization and plant asset management.
You will be reporting to the Digital Twin Manager located in Denmark, Hørsholm.
Your main tasks will be:

• Lead the Digital Platform roadmap to drive growth and deliver e Fuel facilities Digital Twins
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment on project goals
• Manage digital development projects, including project plans and sprint backlogs
• Establish KPIs and implement a strong data analysis system to measure, report, and evaluate the digital performance in projects
• Ensure successful delivery of data and document packages in e Fuel facilities for key projects
• Manage the Digital Platform delivery register and collaborate with partners to define data and documentation requirements and specifications for Digital Work Processes, WBS, and Tag designation System philosophy

About you

You are a proactive person and strategic thinker with a passion for digital transformation and innovation. With a deep understanding of Digital Engineering architecture, Digital Twin technology and engineering project processes, you excel at managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You have experience as a Digital Project Manager with an engineering mindset or as an Engineer with strong digital/IT project management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with experience in IT or Digital Twin Technology
  
• Experience managing complex, data-driven projects with end-to-end engineering solutions
• Skilled in Digital Twin technology and familiar with COMOS platform (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Adaptable to changing demands and tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment

The company language is English, and preferably you understand and speak a Scandinavian language.
