Environmental Management System Specialist

• Leading the revitalisation of the EMS according to ISO14001 and preparing decision papers to support system development

• Following, updating, and communicating EMS requirements to internal stakeholders

• Making the EMS easy to overview and access for users, considering future platforms and user needs

• Developing, updating, and implementing environmental procedures and tools, ensuring they cover business needs and link to other systems and strategies

• Facilitating workshops, drafting solutions for environmental initiatives, providing roadmaps for implementation, and creating communication plans

• Coordinating with the audit team on internal and external audits and facilitating dialogue with the environmental process group/network
  
  

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience within environmental management systems

• Knowledge of environmental legislation

• Experience with ISO14001 standards

• A structured and organised approach to work

• Excellent communication skills and a curious, proactive mindset with the ability to develop and deliver EHS training programmes
