We are currently looking for an ESG Manager to lead and execute our ESG development across Conscia Group. You will get the opportunity to directly impact the ESG ambition of Conscia as well as lead the development and implementation across the Group.
As ESG Manager you will report to our Strategy & Business development Director and work closely with stakeholders in Group and across the markets.
About the role
The ESG Manager is responsible for leading ESG development and implementation across the Group. Hereunder ensuring that sustainability is an integral part of Conscia’s value creation, incorporating sustainability frameworks and regulations into our business practices in alignment with our corporate values and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Co-develop ESG strategy, define governance and lead strategy execution
• Lead implementation of CSRD and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other functions and leaders to integrate sustainability objectives in plans and activities and follow up on strategic sustainability initiatives and KPIs
• Lead and coordinate the Sustainability Working Groups across markets, to integrate sustainability practices into business operations
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement to educate on sustainability topics and practices to drive engagement and action
• Be a subject matter expertise on trends and regulatory monitoring

Preferred experience

• Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, ESG frameworks, and relevant regulations
• Ability to lead, develop and implement ESG initiatives, policies, and frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify sustainability risks, develop actionable strategies, measure impact and analyse data
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across the Group
