Executive Advisor for Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a future colleague that has +10 years working at the executive level to work with our Chief Technology Officer (Head of Tech Innovation & Foundation). You will join a team who are advising and supporting at an executive level, as well as providing strategic support.
You will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your role
The Executive Advisor plays a critical role providing executive advisory to the Chief Technology Officer and ensuring that the CTO is always prepared and optimizes the use of his time. You will act as a gatekeeper, ensuring that all tasks assigned to our CTO are delivered on time and of high quality.
Your primary responsibilities:

Provide thought partnership to the Chief Technology Officer and the leadership team across Tech Innovation & Foundation
Ensure the Chief Technology Officer is prepared for meetings and committees by adopting a strategic approach to briefings, covering an internal and external perspective
Proactively ensuring the quality of materials before they reach the Chief Technology Officer
Structure, coordinate and develop deliveries and assignments to e.g., the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Leadership Team
Ensure that the organisation is delivering on executive deliverables and key strategic priorities
Coordinate and lead meetings, as well as the collection and preparation of material
Partner with colleagues in Communications, Finance and HR

No two days will be the same and therefore your primary responsibilities will evolve with the environment you will be working in.
The ideal candidate?
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive and reliable. You will be working in a highly detail-oriented, content-driven environment, with the goal to deliver on both short- and long-term assignments simultaneously.
To excel in this position, you should have experience with project management, strategy and/or IT and have great experience as a consultant, executive assistant, business analyst or similar roles. You know how to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of comfort with business, technical and executive audiences.
You possess a strong analytical and methodological toolbox with the ability to establish structure and communicate complex matters.
