Executive Advisor for Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a future colleague that has +10 years working at the executive level to work with our Chief Technology Officer (Head of Tech Innovation & Foundation). You will join a team who are advising and supporting at an executive level, as well as providing strategic support.
You will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Your role
The Executive Advisor plays a critical role providing executive advisory to the Chief Technology Officer and ensuring that the CTO is always prepared and optimizes the use of his time. You will act as a gatekeeper, ensuring that all tasks assigned to our CTO are delivered on time and of high quality.
Your primary responsibilities:
The ideal candidate?
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, is proactive and reliable. You will be working in a highly detail-oriented, content-driven environment, with the goal to deliver on both short- and long-term assignments simultaneously.
To excel in this position, you should have experience with project management, strategy and/or IT and have great experience as a consultant, executive assistant, business analyst or similar roles. You know how to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. You have advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of comfort with business, technical and executive audiences.
You possess a strong analytical and methodological toolbox with the ability to establish structure and communicate complex matters.

- Provide thought partnership to the Chief Technology Officer and the leadership team across Tech Innovation & Foundation
- Ensure the Chief Technology Officer is prepared for meetings and committees by adopting a strategic approach to briefings, covering an internal and external perspective
- Proactively ensuring the quality of materials before they reach the Chief Technology Officer
- Structure, coordinate and develop deliveries and assignments to e.g., the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Leadership Team
- Ensure that the organisation is delivering on executive deliverables and key strategic priorities
- Coordinate and lead meetings, as well as the collection and preparation of material
- Partner with colleagues in Communications, Finance and HR
