About the job
Our R&D Mechanical Integration team is expanding to accommodate the growing need for advanced hearing aid technology. You will join a functional team of proficient mechanical engineers and participate in project work with cross-functional project groups in close collaboration with colleagues from the hardware, wireless and electro-acoustical teams. Most of our components are high-precision injection molded parts, but we also develop metal and elastomer parts as well as hybrid electro-mechanical subassemblies. Most projects are taken from early concept phase to final release and ramp-up by the same product team, so be prepared to participate in all phases of product development.

- Specification and documentation according to our Quality Management System, Design Control requirements for Medical Device development and internal guidelines.
- Verification and validation of design output in close collaboration with our Reliability Test Team and System V&V teams.
- Collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and suppliers regarding ramp-up and product launch activities.
