Job responsibilitiesRETAIL SELL OUT (60 %)
- Drive sales out target and growth in designated areas and POS (DTC and Multibrands) by actively selling the products
- Act as a central liaison between POS (DTC or Multibrands) and the company, ensuring seamless communication and execution of company strategies at the point of sale. Guarantee flawless execution of the brand's presence in all retail spaces.
TEAM MANAGEMENT & TRAINING (10 %)
- Manage Retail team by leading by example and coaching them to support the teams to improve their sales of Dior products.
- Working with shift plan/planday together with counter managers
- Train and mentor in-store teams on current and new product lines to uphold extensive product knowledge, high brand standards, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with Counter Managers and Retailers to align on objectives and store performance.
RETAIL ANIMATION & MERCH (15 %)
- Play a pivotal role in animations and podiums while supporting the Retail team during major events. Ensure perfect implementation of merchandising planograms, making adjustments where necessary to ensure compliance across perfume, skincare, and makeup categories; also responsible for updating the Merchandising database (Simplifield), competitors activities.
REPORTING AND STOCK MANAGEMENT (15 %)
- Implement and maintain accurate reporting, KPIs between POS and PCD to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Perform analyses on business opportunities and monitor progress towards achieving set objectives, and report results to the Retail Manager
- Report on Dior's marketing initiatives and key competitor activities across all retailers to inform strategy adjustments as needed. (Simplified)
- Oversee inventory control and management to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained in stores.

Profile
- 3+ years sales management in retail/cosmetics or related field.
- Proven success in people management, sales development, and achieving goals.
- Customer-centric approach and excellent service skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, results-oriented team player.
- Proficient in MS Office, driving license, and travel flexibility.
- Full time position requesting flexibility for high season (Christmas, special events, etc.)
- Fluent in Danish and English.
