Your ability to communicate effectively will drive key decisions that keep BITZER Electronics competitive and profitable.

What you will do:

Partner with leadership to set strategy, forecast performance, and develop key reports.
Translate complex financial analysis into simple, impactful messages for senior leadership.
Implement KPIs to track progress and drive decisions.
Continuously improve and automate decision-making processes.
Collaborate across functions to ensure company-wide optimization, not just isolated solutions.
Work as part of a close-knit finance team where contributions are a team sport, driving shared goals and success.

About you:

A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience with financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred, with a solid understanding of production-related financial processes.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Analytical mindset and motivated by the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
