BESTSELLER Finance is looking for 2 Finance Graduates to be key players in developing our international finance organization.
JOIN BESTSELLER’S FINANCE GRADUATE PROGRAMME
BESTSELLER’s Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year development journey where you will be exposed to exiting tasks and strategic projects across our international finance organisation and you will get the opportunity to collaborate with skilled and passionate colleagues from all corners of our finance community. After graduation, you are expected to take international positions within our international finance organisation, temporarily or for a longer period, depending on the business need.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
During the programme, you will get a solid understanding of BESTSELLER, our business environment and challenges as well as our company values and principles to get a holistic view on our company. The Finance Graduate Programme is a tailored programme and will be adjusted on an ongoing basis to match your strengths and to reflect BESTSELLER’s business priorities. The programme includes at least 3 rotations – in the finance functions in Denmark and abroad as well as functions outside Finance.
Developing our people is a top priority, and throughout the programme you will be teamed up with competent colleagues in our teams and at executive level to guide and support you. As Finance Graduate, you will be a significant part of a global finance organisation, and you will have a broad network throughout the entire organisation from brands, countries, and group functions.
YOUR PROFILE
You are looking for an international financial career and ready to take a leading role in a dynamic environment, where you work in different parts of BESTSELLER in Denmark and abroad, during and after the Finance Graduate Programme. You have a collaborative and inclusive mindset and can bring people together around common goals. You are curious and ready to explore new terrain, also outside the Finance functions. You see opportunities and challenges as is to take BESTELLER Finance to the next level. You will be on a constant learning journey, and you take responsibility for your tasks and development.
YOUR ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- A relevant Master’s degree within International Finance, Finance, International Business, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written
- International experience and mind-set
The application window will be open from November 8th , 2024 until January 3th, 2025. We will invite candidates for interviews on an ongoing basis and reserve the right to remove the job post once we have found the right candidate.
Start-up: August 2025.
