A fresh and inventive group

Welcome to Group Finance at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. Here we are responsible for broad finance deliveries on a group level.

The Business Finance team is responsible for financial reporting and forecasting on a group level, finance business partnering towards our group functions including IT and for adapting BI solutions.

Create transparency and enable better decisions

In this role, you will be handling the deliveries of high quality reporting and forecasting for the GN Group, enabling a solid decision-making foundation for our leadership team and board. Further, you will be finance partner to various back-office functions.

In collaboration with Head of Corporate Business Finance and a dedicated Analyst, your key responsibilities will be to:

Take ownership of the reporting of actuals and forecasts for GN Group
Further develop financial processes in GN Group
Handle various analyses on an ad hoc basis requested by management, including input to business cases and investment decisions
Support group functions in financial decisions and tracking financial performance

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Work closely with finance teams in various business divisions (e.g. Hearing, Gaming and Enterprise) and functions (e.g. R&D and IT)
Create further improvements in our reporting as One GN
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
Offer financial analyses and managerial reports to support choices
Support a continuous digitalization agenda for data visualization in management reporting

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

A higher educational background within finance, accounting, business administration or other relevant fields of study
3-5 years of experience e.g., from a similar finance role, financial advisory, finance consulting or finance business partnering.
Solid financial and business understanding. Accounting / auditing experience is seen as beneficial
Advanced skills in Power Point and Excel
Familiarity with FP&A tools, software, and data visualization dashboards, such as One Stream and Power BI, is seen as beneficial.
Well-developed stakeholder- and change management abilities from a complex environment.
The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.

Personally, you are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, and approach issues with "yes-first" mentality.

While engaging with stakeholders from different parts of the organization, you exhibit considerable professionalism, a diligent work ethic, and an air of decisiveness. Your commitment to attaining goals is evident when working solo or alongside your colleagues – by which you listen and challenge constructively with a positive attitude.
