The Position
As a Finance Controller, you will play an important role in ensuring effective financial management and control within our organization. You will support our Finance Partners and management by providing valuable data and insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

• Digitization & Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize processes using Business Central (BC), Konsolidator and Power BI.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring accurate financial planning.
• Month-End Closing: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports and analysis to management.
• Finance Partnering: Collaborate with departments to support budget planning, tracking, and strategic decision-making.
• Project Leadership: Lead finance projects or contribute as a key member in cross-departmental initiatives.
• Assist and support financial operations in the United States.
• Oversee the financial management of selected companies.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure transparency and accountability by tracking the organization's performance against targets.
• Support for Finance Assistant: Provide backup support for routine finance tasks.
• Ad Hoc Bookkeeping: Handle miscellaneous bookkeeping tasks as required.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business planning/controlling and management reporting.
• Education: A minimum of an HD in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in finance-related systems such as ERP and data analytics tools; experience with BC 365 and Power BI is preferred.
• Fluency in English and it is a plus if you are also fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• IT Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

You are structured, independent, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality financial and analytical insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks, and you’re adaptable to handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Workplace:
You will be part of an international team with around 70 dedicated colleagues, with 30 located at our headquarters in Stenløse, Denmark, where you will be based. You will report directly to our CFO.
