As our R&D Manager, Firmware, you'll work in our R&D center in Kolding, Denmark and play a crucial role in paving our way forward and managing team of firmware developers and experts.

The Kolding R&D center of Schneider Electric is a hub of innovation and expertise, dedicated to developing cutting-edge solutions in the field of energy management and automation. What You'll be doing:

Leading the team of Firmware developers and experts
Being part of the R&D organization and R&D Management team for the world class 3-phase UPS development
Develop team forward, foster and grow your talented team members
Own the hiring process with Firmware domain
Ensure effective resource allocation to squads according to the targets
Develop processes and team forward ensuring efficiency

What Will Help You Succeed:

Master’s degree from Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or Business Administration or similar
Previous experience on leading the team as supervisor, team leader or similar positions
Global mindset with effective collaboration to other stakeholders from both technical and offer management.
Good communication skills.
Understanding of Agile development and processes
