If so, then you might be the Gen AI Tech Lead we are looking for!

The position

We are looking for a Gen AI Product Lead to set direction for AI solutions in Integrated Quality. The main tasks include:

Setting strategic direction for how we should use AI solutions.

Set requirements for how data should be available and prioritised to enable cutting edge quality AI solutions.

Liaise and agree on AI portfolio prioritisations and decisions across the organisation

Execute on AI product portfolio in partnership with DD&IT.

Evaluate vendor solutions for applicability, with the strategic decisions.

Deploy AI solutions and ensure appropriate change management across the organization.

Ensure adherence of solutions to regulations

The job requires that you take responsibility for projects and put your knowledge into practice, while continuously absorbing best-in-class industry knowledge and networking with talented professionals in the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

2 years of experience in training, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models, as well as working with Large Language Models.

A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,

Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and the necessary architectural design.

Proficiency in Python and Fast API (or similar) and experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS, AZURE, or similar.

On a personal level, it is vital that you thrive in a dynamic environment demonstrate high self-engagement, and you have the ability to meet deadlines. You are known for taking responsibility for your tasks, completing them effectively, and maintaining a curious mindset. Attention to detail, an open mindset, a willingness to learn and improve, as well as an ability to build good relations and maintain a service-oriented mindset are all essential.

About the department

You will be part of Novo Nordisk's Integrated Quality, Data & Technology & Data organization - a strategic focus area for Novo Nordisk. We are responsible for raising our quality capabilities ensuring that Novo Nordisk will deliver products to quality standards today and in the future. As a Gen AI Engineer, you will work closely with the organisation to develop and deploy ML models and improve how we work with Large Language Models in our quality processes.
