• Lead the global deployment and continuous improvement of HR systems (Success Factors for Core HCM, Dayforce for time & attendance and more), ensuring they support operational needs and align with business goals.

• Drive automation in HR processes to reduce manual tasks and administrative workload across HR and store-level operations in all markets.

• Manage and optimize global payroll accuracy and compliance, ensuring processes meet legal and regulatory requirements across global markets.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Retail Operations) to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, especially in enhancing store productivity.

• Use data and analytics to monitor and drive process improvements, focusing on KPIs related to process efficiency, payroll accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

• Lead system integrations and implementations of future technologies, including exploring an HR case management soluton such as Service Now

• Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure process changes are effectively communicated, trained, and adopted across the organization.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across regions.

• Provide leadership in HR process governance and continuous process improvement methodologies to sustain operational efficiency and compliance.
