Human Health Supply is looking for a new Global Supply Chain Planner to handle production planning at our subcontractors around the world. The human health business is expected to grow to double size within 5 years.

The primary focus of Human Health Supply is a strong delivery performance, which we achieve through a close collaboration with our production and contract manufacturers. We have a broad reach within the Human Health business unit, where we tie together our many stakeholders to meet our customers' expectations.

You will be part of the Planning department with 4 global supply chain planners and a planning manager. All members of our team have a background in either Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or Global Business Engineering. Our team consists mainly of young members, and in our department, we believe in giving people the freedom to take ownership of their work while ensuring they also take responsibility for it. We work with a flat hierarchy, where everyone has the impact to influence how we carry out our work.

We offer the possibility to work remote 2 days a week. 2 days will be out of the production plant in Avedøre and 1 day out of our office in Lyngby.

In this role you will an impact by…

We are looking for a person who enjoys working with the daily operational tasks that comes with working with production planning, e.g. checking production requirements, following up on open orders and having contact with multiple stakeholders during the day. You will primarily work with subcontractors in Italy, Canada and Sweden.

Your main tasks will be:

Production planning of finished goods produced at our subcontractors
Daily follow up with stakeholders at the subcontractor, sales, customer service and QC/QA
Handle planning related deviations in our deviation system C-one
Maintain planning master data in SAP ECC
Evaluate, recommend, and implement improvements to lower inventory, reduce stockouts, and to improve overall delivery performance
Secure accurate and effective information flows related to the above

To succeed you must hold…

A relevant background within supply chain or engineering
Experience working in SAP is not a prerequisite, but a big advantage
An analytical mindset and experience working in Excel is required
Good communication skills both spoken and in writing
Fluency in English is required as the corporate language is English. Speaking Danish or having knowledge of Danish, is an advantage, but it is not a requirement

You work independently without supervision, but you will, of course, receive training in our business systems.
