Participants will work on projects across four core areas: Market Access & Health Economics, Brand Strategy & Communication, Medical Affairs & Education, Digital Communication
The program is tailored to individual backgrounds, personal interests, and the business needs of ijovi and Zealth. Each participant will be assigned a mentor.
About the Graduate Program
The ijovi & Zealth International Graduate Program is a two-year rotational program for ambitious, high-achieving graduates. It aims to develop future leaders and specialists within the customer-facing teams at ijovi and Zealth, offering exposure to some of the world's largest and most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Participants will gain experience in areas such as pharma marketing, strategic brand strategy, digital campaigns, market access, and health economics.
Program Highlights
This is an in-office position based at our head office in lndustrien Hus at Rådhuspladsen, Copenhagen, where participants will work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment.
Structure: During two years, participants will rotate between roles within ijovi (18 months) and Zealth (6 months), participating in high-impact projects and gaining a comprehensive view of the organization. Candidates with a Master's degree in Market Access or Health Economics may have different rotation durations.
Global Assignments & Network
During the first year, participants will have the opportunity for a one-month placement in our Bengaluru office in India, offering cross-cultural and cross-functional experiences within Medical and Analytics.
The program includes social engagement activities, such as Friday bars and team events.

Eligibility & Outcome
Applicants should hold a Master's Degree in Science, Business, Health, Economics, Market Access or related fields, with top grades. They must be fluent in written and verbal English and possess a work permit for Denmark. The program seeks ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and strong analytical skills. Candidates should be prepared for high demands and potential travel requirements.
Successful candidates will be guaranteed a job with either ijovi or Zealth at our Copenhagen office, with the option to apply for positions at our US office in New York, pending visa approval. The program serves as a launchpad for careers in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, providing both technical knowledge and a global perspective.
