About the Role
As a Group Sustainability Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in advancing DAT-Schaub’s sustainability reporting and working closely with various stakeholders on sustainability data. You will be the key point of contact for all sustainability-related data, providing critical insights and analysis to support the organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing and managing data collection and validation processes in alignment with the guidelines from Group Sustainability at Danish Crown across all DAT-Schaub locations.

Key responsibilities include:

Ensuring compliance in collecting and validating non-financial data.
Leading cross-functional quality initiatives across DAT-Schaub’s units and in collaboration with Danish Crown.
Coordinating the integration of local quality systems into globally aligned activities.
Advising and supporting local quality and food safety teams, as well as plant managers, in the development and maintenance of HACCP plans and other management systems.

Based at DAT-Schaub’s headquarters in central Copenhagen, you will work in an environment that values expertise and innovation. Salary and employment terms will be based on your qualifications.

About You
You bring a passion for sustainability and a strong analytical skill set. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with MS Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus. You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, engineering, business, or a related field.

Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while maintaining a clear overview of the bigger picture.
Is organized, solution-oriented, and able to work independently with a proactive and pragmatic approach.
Is curious about emerging technologies and trends in IT and engineering.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
