About the job
As Head of Student Services at Niels Brock's International Department, you are the manager of 17 employees. Your primary task will basically be to have an overview of and coordinate the department's work tasks.


The position will also include the following tasks and areas:

• Scheduling
• Collaboration with the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Deans and other colleagues
• Collaboration with De Montfort University
• Collaboration with SIRI (The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration)
• Ongoing process optimization and quality assurance of workflows.
• Supervision of the process of ensuring tuition payment and follow up
• Preparation, planning and securing of the annual cycle in the department
Competence development of employees

We expect you:

• Have management experience from another position, preferably from the world of teaching - but it is not a requirement
• Have strong English skills, written as well as oral

• Have a good understanding of systems
• Can handle complex issues and work in a structured way
• Are service-minded and aware of the employees' well-being
• Are ready for change
Have an international outlook

Employment
Employment will be secured as per collective agreement between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and the HK trade union.


Terms of employment
The position is full-time, and you will start as soon as possible or at the latest on January 1 st . 2025. Salary and employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
